Where Do You Get Your Protein?

When your friend knows you are a vegetarian/ vegan probably the first question they'll be asking is �where do you get your protein from?�. Next time when someone asks the same question be prepared, check out the above image and quickly let them know that "protein isn't just meat". Plant-based foods like quinoa, green peas, peanut butter, kale, chick peas, tofu, beans, broccoli, hemp, lentils
